1. Products with Warranty

  • Warranty Period: Some products come with a one-year warranty. Please check the product page for specific warranty details.
  • Replacement for Quality Issues:
    • If a product with a warranty develops a quality issue within one year, contact us at info@ayinlabglobal.com with proof (photos, videos, etc.).
    • Upon verification, we will send a new replacement, and AYINLAB will cover the shipping fee.

2. Products without Warranty

  • Reporting Issues:
    • If a product without a warranty has a quality issue, contact us within 7 natural days of delivery.
    • If reported after 7 days, we will still assist, but the process may take longer.
    • AYINLAB will cover the shipping fee if a quality issue is confirmed.

3. Returns without Quality Issues

  • Return Conditions:
    • If you wish to return a product without any quality issue, it must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging).
    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
  • Customer Responsibility:
    • The customer is responsible for the shipping fee back to our warehouse.
    • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund accordingly.

4. Lost or Missing Packages

  • Reporting Lost Packages:
    • If your package is lost or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@ayinlabglobal.com.
    • We will work with the shipping carrier to track the package or provide a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).
    • AYINLAB covers all related shipping fees for lost packages.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days.
  • The actual date when the refund appears will depend on your original payment provider (e.g., credit card issuer, bank, or payment platform).
